Shipping policy

Christmas stock is available to pre-order now, with delivery dates starting from September onwards. Please note that our warehouse schedule fills up throughout the year with pre-booked orders. Orders placed later in the year may therefore only be available for delivery from later dates, depending on warehouse availability. To secure the earliest possible delivery window, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Parcelforce delivery services, and all deliveries are fully tracked. Our minimum order value is £250 + VAT. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £20.00 for orders under £500 ex VAT, while orders over £500 ex VAT qualify for free shipping. Please select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

Each product page will display current stock availability, including items that are in stock and items due back into stock. Please be aware that this may result in your order being split into multiple deliveries, so we recommend checking stock information carefully when placing your order. Stock is allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you would prefer your order to be shipped together once all items are available, please leave a note at checkout.

While we will do our utmost to meet your requested delivery date, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched. International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis.
